Hello!
I am a Mechatronics Engineer, always interested in learning and expanding my technical abilities through any engaging project.
At the moment I am learning HTML, CSS and Javascript with the goal to create diverse websites for multiple purposes, in this case, my Resume website.
As you can notice the current website is simple as my intetion was to get a hold of the basics while creating a theme I enjoy, something similar to Windows 7 or overall in the Frutiger Aero design style.
As HIL Validation Engineer in the ADAS CCSL Team I am tasked with software validation, mainly of the Cruise Control/Speed Limiter functions. Here I learned the tools used to interact with the software installed on the vehicle in order to edit, reprogram and monitor the CAN signals. Main Software used - DDT, ETAS Inca and Vector Canalyzer.
During my time as a Functional Safety Engineer I worked on multiple systems: Fuel Pump, Automated Parking Brake, Heated Steering Wheel and Heated Seats, Initial Cranking and partly on Intersystem safety. Here I learned how to apply the ISO26262 to create safety mechanisms preventing any damage to the driver and passengers or to the vehicle itself.
During my time at ELI-NP I worked with a team tasked with installing vacuum chambers parts while building and installing a remote digital control system (LAN). This experience took me through all the necessary steps, from concept design to testing and implementation, eventually handing over the user manual to the final users when we were confident in the procedure.
Another task was designing a vacuum compatible mechatronic system that can block the beam in order to check its shape while also being, of course, remotely controllable. For the same experiment I also devised and installed screens with the goal of visualizing the shape of the beam, also vacuum compatible.
Skills acquired: PCB design, CAD, Project Management, Soldering, Handling vacuum components and installation of vacuum components.
Commissioning of the 1 PW experimental area at ELI-NP using a short focal parabolic mirror for proton accelerationAutomated Watering device that offers better flexibility than most commercial solutions
